June Meeting

Reminder that the next meeting of the Tipperary Amateur Radio Group will take place in Clonmel Park Hotel, Clonmel on Tuesday 25th June at 8.30pm. Preparations will be finalised for participation in the VHF/UHF field day. New members or anyone interested in Amateur Radio are very welcome.

May Meeting

August Meeting

The next meeting of the Tipperary Amateur Radio Group will take place in The Clonmel Park Hotel, Clonmel on Thursday 23rd August at 8.30pm. Plans will be finalized for the HF SSB Field Day taking place on the 1st September and all those taking part are requested to attend. ILLW at Ballinacourty Lighthouse and next meeting.

Tipperary Amateur Radio Group will activate Ballinacourty Lighthouse (ILLW Reference: IE0018) on Saturday and Sunday 19th & 20th August 2017 as part of the 20th International Lighthouse & Lightship weekend. Ballinacourty Lighthouse is located on the South coast of Ireland in County Waterford. The light at Ballinacourty was first established on 1st July 1858. The club will use the callsign EI7T for the activation.

The July meeting of the Tipperary Amateur Radio Group will take place in The Park Hotel, Clonmel on Thursday 27th July at 8.30pm. New members or anyone interested in amateur radio are very welcome to attend.
